She went into the round fresh off signing a letter of intent at the University of Miami, where she will play next year. Kai Trump is the oldest daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and his former wife, Vanessa, and spoke on her grandfather’s behalf at the Republican National Convention last year.

Trump had four consecutive bogeys to start the round, going off No. 10 at Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Florida.
